One of the most impressive images of Scotland published, this very large, four sheet map was produced by the leading British cartographer of the early nineteenth century.  Showing the entirety of Scoland, with inset maps of the Orkney and Shetland Islands, this large scale map includes impressive detail, beautifully presented.  Besides copious detail on topography—showing lakes, rivers, and mountains—the map also includes towns, political divisions, castles, roadways, with mileages noted, and historical notations.
